November 18, 2014
BY REBECCA BENNETT — On Nov. 10, the Beltway Plaza Mall in Greenbelt inducted three new members into its hall of fame, including Hyattsville resident and Prince George’s County Councilmember Will Campos (District 2). Also honored were Maryland State Sen. Victor Ramirez (D-47) and Michael Repole of Three Brothers Restaurant, who was being honored after his passing.
Attendees gathered near the TJ Maxx entrance to “honor citizens that have contributed to improving life in our community,” according to organizers.
Deni Taveras, who will be inducted to replace Will Campos as a member of the county council on Dec. 1, introduced Victor Ramirez.
